Sorry for the post. Really Miss Dense. Mom 42 YES! I know how to use the cards, they showed up as being there my gems did and then when i went to use them two days later they were gone!!! So as I have stated above keep records and copies that they are there and keep your cards until you have used your gems.
The same thing I said they are in my local landfill and I am not digging for them now!! Does anyone know how long the EA game cards will be on sale? I also called a few of the Stores and not ONE knew about the sale. About EA cards in Canada. Having trouble buying gems though. Tried to get Live Chat to come up on Help Line, a no-go there. How do we get these cards to work to pay for gems? Do i have to use up the gems i have in my account first? This is quite frustrating. I just used my last ea card I got on sale, so was ready for more. But found some at another store. Seeing the problems others are having of finding cards, maybe I should have bought more.
