Download g2 realflight

Nivlek New member. Back in the day there was a download "GreatPlanesInstallationFix". I still have it on a disc. I used that to get G2 to install. However , that's just the start of the problems Lol. The main problem is that G2 used Safedisc 2 protection which is no longer supported by Windows , apparently due to security issues. So Windows doesn't recognise that the disc is genuine and doesn't run the program. I have managed to get around it but it's a lot of agro , then I can't map the controls to my current interlink , so throttle ends up on the rotary knob.

I can understand the drive to copy because of the ridiculous amounts that Real Flight and Ripmax charge. In particular, in the UK I felt particularly hard done buy. Was I entitled to any rduced price upgrade or money back voucher like in the States No. Instead I had to buy an upgrade for GBP. Ripmax claim this to be reduced price upgrade but to be honest if you take away the cost of the controller or interface from the full retail package it wouldn't be far off GBP.

What's more we pay more than in the USA but but don't get the support. Sure there's the online updates but if you try to speak to Ripmax you get little sense and RealFlight in my experience don't seem to respond to enquiries from the UK. A word of warning about illegal copies though. Also included are flight training lessons from experienced pilots that walk inexperienced flyers through the controls and features of the trainer models before progressing to the basics of flight.

RealFlight Trainer Edition is distributed through Steam. Directly from the Steam store. By purchasing a Steam key at your favorite hobby shop.
